Our Outreach Mission

The Garrett Presbyterian Church seeks to provide help to all who are weary. We seek to serve the basic human needs in our Community as God will allow. We seek to do so in the name of Christ our Savior, knowing that we are all Children of God.

All members of the community are welcome to any of our events or to stop in and see a member of our Church family to speak of any needs they may have. Rev. Terry Epling offers assistance to any who seeks help.

We have various activities throughout the year that do not require membership or worship attendance.  Including soup suppers, Easter breakfast, Mother's Day & Father's Day breakfast, Ice cream Social, bake sales, community garage sales, reception hall usage, food and monetary collection for the local food pantry, fish fries,  adopt several families during Christmas and purchase gifts for the families, VBS, and sponsor a girls softball city league and donate to the St. Martin's Free Health Clinic and the local Christmas Bureau.   Our outreach committee is very active in the community and we are always looking for new ways to help everyone in the name of Christ.

If you are curious what events are upcoming, please check our message board located outside our Northwest door, or our monthly newsletter. If you know of any additional ways we can help you or someone else, please let us know.

Thank you and God bless!
